1950s
William E. Gumm launches one of Dallas’ first local delivery services.
Started from Oak Cliff as a taxi cab driver, delivering flowers from Baylor Hospital and building a reputation for reliability and personal service.
1990s
Barry Gumm grows On Time into a trusted DFW courier and process company.
Barry starts On Time and expands the business while instilling the values that still guide us today; treat customers like family and always keep your promises.
Today
The fourth generation continues the tradition of service excellence.
Led by Barry’s daughter, Megan (Gumm) Bellomy, On Time Couriers continues to serve businesses throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and nationwide with the same commitment to service that has defined the company for generations.
Carrying the Torch Today
Today, On Time Couriers is led by Megan (Gumm) Bellomy, Barry's daughter and the fourth generation of the Gumm family to serve the Dallas-Fort Worth community. Following Barry's passing from ALS in 2022, Megan has carried forward his vision and the values that defined his leadership: the Customer is King.
In honor of Barry, we proudly support ALS awareness and research while continuing the mission he dedicated his life to building. Every delivery, every customer relationship, and every promise kept is a reflection of the legacy he left behind.
